Adding an Additional User to your Chrome Browser
This is used to enable you to access your personal gmail/google account and your school account without many problems on the same computer.
- Click on your hamburger menu shown above.
- Go down to Settings and click on it.
- Scroll down to Users section and click on it.
- Click on Add New User.
- Choose an icon and give it a name (if you are adding your school account, call it School, if it is your personal account you are adding, call it Personal.)
- You will be prompted to enter the email address for the account that you are adding and password.
4. Setting a Theme for Each Chrome User
This is useful to help identify which account you have open. It is recommended that you set a different theme for each of your google users/accounts e.g for your Personal and your School account.
- Click on your hamburger menu shown above.
- Click on Settings.
- Go the Appearance section.
- Click on Get Themes. This will take you to the Chrome store.
- On the left hand side scroll down the list to Themes and click on it.
- Look at the possible themes that you would like and click on the one you want.
- Click on the FREE blue button on the top right. This will then load.
