The Contacts App
This app is used to create groups. If you are in google drive you will then be able to share a file/folder with a group instead of adding each person one by one. This is similar to creating a contact group in Microsoft Outlook.
- In your chrome browser.
- Copy this link https://www.google.com/contacts/ into your web address bar, or click on your nine dots and select Contacts.
- Click on Directory.
- Select which staff/students you would like to be in the group by clicking on the box which will bring up the tick.
- Click on the 3 man picture next to Add to My Contacts.
- Click on create new.
- Give the group a name and click ok.
