The newer grey letterhead can now be utilised on a google Doc. See the example below.

There are a number of subjects using the New Google Sites this year for both classwork and for NCEA assessments. Below are some instructions for how to share those sites with your teachers and/or other students.
Firstly your teacher may ask you to SHARE your site with them during the unit of work/assessment work. This is so that they can see how you are getting on prior to the assessment being due. Or you may be doing group work and need to add another student as an editor. To do either of these things, you need to ADD AN EDITOR. This first set of instructions shows you how to do this. Secondly, your teacher may ask you to send them the link to your site (assignment). To do this you need to be sending them the URL to your site. These instructions are further below. These two things sound similar but are very different.
Below is a document that is really useful in guiding your TAI or PLN journey. When using it, it is useful to share it with any others that you are doing your PLN/TAI with so that you are not doubling up on the workload. This way you can both add information. If you are working together but your data is different you can still enter it into the same document but just identify whose data is whose! To make a copy of this document to use please click here. This document is automatically created in your google drive and you are the owner of it. I encourage you to create a folder in your google drive called Appraisal and move this document into that folder. Please also name it by click in the document on the name and retyping.
You then put this document into your google site appraisal. Instructions for this are found below this document.
There are two sets of slides below. The first shows the timeline for TAI sessions this year. It shows what you should be doing in each morning TAI session, whether you are doing a TAI as usual or you are joining a PLN (professional learning network).
The second shows what each of the PLN groups are about.
If you share a classroom with other teachers (which most of us do), it is really useful to print a timetable of a particular classroom and to put it either on the teacher desk or somewhere prominent. It is then easy to see who is the last user of the room so that the chairs can be put up and the windows closed.
